Apprenticeships

We currently have opportunities for trainees to complete an NZ Certificate in Coachbuilding (Level3). The time to complete this Certificate is 18-19 months. On successfully completing Level 3 you may be offered the option of going on and completing Level 4.

This unique opportunity will appeal to enthusiastic young trainees with a keen interest in the Automotive and Engineering field. Kiwi Bus Builders has 6 different departments and each trainee will rotate every three months for 18 months around the departments until they have completed their training agreement.

The six departments consist of:

• Electrical Department
• Frame Department
• Panel Department
• Finish Department
• Paint
• Repair/Refurbishment
